The researches are done by developing the following subjects:

systems analysis, construction and start up costs analysis, raw material availability
and price analysis, analysis of the logistics beyond all the information

Organization of visits and bilateral meetings with Russian operators for groups of firms, individual companies or associations.
The meetings are organized after a careful preliminary evaluation of the firm’s potentiality.
On the basis of the documentation and of the target indication provided by the company, the following elements will be examined:

Workshops usually last two days, take place in Moscow or in another city, in Mediacom’s office or at a potential Russian partner’s location.
For each Italian firm, the participation of 6-10 potential Russian partners is guaranteed as well as the presence of an interpreter.
Mediacom is also in charge of managing the follow up phases of the meetings from the start of the negotiations.
Partner searches are also performed and focus on the specific requirements of the individual firms. Such researches predict the realization of a data base of
potential clients, allow to send information relating to the firm and to organize meetings with the potential interested clients.

Mediacom, aware that the key to success to operate in the Russian market is a great know-how of the dynamics, writes and
spreads the information through two means of communication:
a magazine entitled Uomini e Imprese and the news letter named Interus News.

Uomini e Imprese is a monthly magazine available in two editions: one in Italian and the other one in Russian. The Italian edition,
with 3000 printed copies, contains information dealing with economics and socio-political subjects relating to the Russian and
eastern European market. The magazine is distributed to the Italian community of Moscow, to institutions and embassies, as
well as different identifi ed subjects in the Italian territory (associations, institutions, private enterprises, groups).
The Russian edition is somewhat different: it is distributed in 5000 copies to hotels, restaurants, tour operators, fairs, shopping
centres and other places too. It is mainly targeted to local consumers and operators. Such version provides information about the
economy, politics, culture, tourism and eno-gastronomy regarding the Made in Italy system. Both editions represent important means
of communication when talking about publishing and advertising campaigns, thanks to the massive and widespread diffusion over
the whole territory of the ex USSR. Also, there exists the possibility of a single topic publication which integrates particular projects. |

Interus news instead is an innovative information tool dealing with political-economical topics. Distributed over the Internet to
a vast mailing-list, it provides news, even very technical, relative especially to the economy, fi nance, new norms and dispositions
and more generally, all the information closely related to the business economy. |
Sector Magazine:
Either attached to Uomini & Imprese or by itself, sector specifi c magazines are produced and distributed and they offer a broader
view of the market, provide the fi rms’ products description and also the history of their foundation till this day. |
